LETTERING FOR RAIN BEFORE RAINBOWS - WALKER BOOKS

Walker Books commissioned me to create the cover title and author credits for the children’s book Rain Before Rainbows by Smriti Halls and David Litchfield. After discussing styles and lettering mediums, we decided on a brush lettering style that felt at home in the illustration and became a part of the artwork, with just enough flourish to fill the space but not compromise legibility.
