CHRISTMAS TYPEFACE DEVELOPMENT - SCATTERBRAIN STUDIOS

When adding font creation to my list of offered services - yes, including the technical bit! - I thought there was no better project to start with than to create typefaces for my other business: Scatterbrain Studios®.

When looking for typefaces to create new artwork for a style guide, I often find myself unsuccessfully trawling type foundries for something very particular. When it came to the creation of the 2025 Christmas style guide I decided to take matters into my own hands and create exactly what I wanted: a display typeface called “JingleBrain”. It’s a bold and jaunty font that exudes fun and is just what I needed to sit alongside some naughty penguins!
